I HEART BPL
We were asked to come up with an identity which could
be used to promote Blackpool, paying attention to the strong
nostalgic affection visitors have for the town.
Our solution was to create a logo based on the legendary
pop-style 'I heart NY' icon from the seventies.
In the same way as the original, the BPL version is used
around the town's advertising boards, on t-shirts and
merchandise as well as in national press ads.
